Fat Loss Secret – Is There Really A Fat Loss Secret Nobody Is Telling You?

by Chris on March 9, 2010

When you are overweight and look down at your belly and see this excess barell of lard filling up your system you might feel that there has to be a fat loss secret that the diet industry is not telling you… Maybe you’ve tried every single pill, potion and diet system out there in order to see nothing but the recurrance of weight lost + weight gained back and more…

This is called, losing water weight and gaining fat because the diet is too hard, too unblanaced of just plain full of crap. Many diets are even dangerous to say the least. You never want to starve yourself, or focus only on a few foods. Instead you should get a good solid balanced “nutritional plan” (not diet) and follow the “big guidelines”, such as eat certain foods, stay away from others. Otherwise it’s just too hard to work with.

I say, eat green stuff (veggies and fruits) as well as things that have grown on tree’s such as nuts and berries. Eat stuff that swim, run of flies, such as chicken, fish and other lean meats. Stay away from the foods that are being fed with fattening stuff, such as pigs! Eat 6 smaller meals per day to rev up your metabolism, while keeping a 250-500 calorie defecit per day on average.

Do heavy weight training exercise 3 times per week, every other day, monday, wednesday, friday for example… always trying to progress and lift heavier or more reps than you did last time you were in the gym, or worked out at home. Focus mainly on large movements that recruit the most muscle, such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull-ups, rows and military presses or shoulder presses.

Each week have 1-2 sessions of high intense interval training that you do for 16 minutes, progressing there as well. The idea is to eat clean and challenge your body to do new things it didn’t know how to do before and fuel it with good nutrients to rebuild any muscle that was broken down (through proper exercise).

Keep doing this until you reach your ideal body fat (yes, body fat), not body weight. You can look completely different at 160 lbs. One can be lean and one can be fat, which one would you rather be? One is muscle the other is fat and bones… Train hard to avoid being “skinny fat” or “cardio crazy”…

A program I recommend that allows you to follow through with this plan entirely is Fat Burning Furnace and is one of those programs I recommend you start out on for 12 weeks if you want to get in shape in order to get into more advanced fitness programs at a later time.

Fat Burning Furnace focuses on all the things I recommend. Short intense workouts that burn fat and recruit maximum muscle. A simple, a not overly complicated eating plan with good foods vs bad foods and a good body fat calculator to help you find out what your progress is like.

Check out Fat Burning Furnace right now to learn how Rob Poulos lost over 42 lbs of fat using these methods and how you can too!
